How do I pay ?

An invoice will be sent via email at the end of every calendar month detailing dates, services and charges.

I will request to be paid via Bank BACs transfer.

If that is not an option, please don’t hesitate to discuss other payments options.

How long do I have to pay ?

All payments must be made within 24 hours of receiving the invoice. Any late payments will incur a charge of £2.50 per day.

What is your cancellation policy ?

Any bookings may be cancelled at any time by providing Woofs of Woodford with at least 24 hours notice in writing.

Late cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full (100%) unless rescheduled.

Do I need to get a key cut ?

I kindly ask for a key to be cut to allow me access to your home to access to your pet. If you prefer to store a key in a safe place, I will be happy to honour that decision instead.

Will your prices change ?

I will review prices annually & provide written notice of any service & price changes at minimum 30 days prior to any service or price changes coming into affect.

Do you have Insurance ?

I have home, pet and public liability insurance.

Do you have a DBS check ?

I have proof of a clean record & a copy to share for full transparency & visibility.

Do you have First Aid Training ?

I have completed a Emergency Canine Care ‘Dog First Aid’ course.

-How to take you dog’s vitals - pulse, breathing, rate & temperate
